We are excited to be back for the 57th Annual Parade for July, 4th 2024. Please check below for applications. We look forward to celebrating the 4th of July with the whole community again.

We ask that either way you choose you fill out all sections and follow all directions.
We look forward to a great parade and want to thank everyone of our participants that make the Millcreek 4th of July parade such a great tradition!
2024 Mailback Parade Application

Please read your application carefully and fully fill it out before mailing back.
You should expect a response to your application within one week of receipt.
Please ask any question prior to mailing back.
Please also be aware that ALL entries to the parade must incorporate the theme of the parade and decorate according to the Fourth of July spirit!
The Application deadline for the 2024 Parade is 12 Days before the parade. We will do our best to accept and place in parade any applications received in our mailbox at least 12 days prior to the parade (June 21, 2024).
